    WARNING;Don't be stupid & unwise like me seeking justice through all levels of State or Federal court system. If you wants justice or vengence whatever you call it; especially when you alone have to defend yourself against the number of people and you are nothing more than an "etc.-etcetera" & "footnote" find your OWN way and NEVER through court system. Collateral damages is nothing personal and designed by the God's Natural Law. So called, "3rd world country" look up to US for help, but I'm in the US. I can only look to Heavon. US IS LAND OF "WILD WILD WEST LAW" and I'm in their dragnet. I will never use "mental defense" for alleged crimes. Give me a trial(s), if they win the case(s), then they can sentence me anyway they like. "Psychiatry-Mental" is Modern Day "Witch" Hunt without an evidence just becuase of "he said, she said and other says." This is how United States breakdown/torture me. If they get their way, I might not even remember my own name. Even if I go to prison, Chris Meloy became Women's prison walden which he will use other prisoner(s) to torture me. Either way, I'm doomed.

    AGAINST JUDGE PROFFITT AND DR.PARKER.

    Comes now Defendant Kay Kim, Pro Se, filed her NOTICE OF FILED

    FEDERAL LAWSUIT AGAINST JUDGE PROFFITT AND DR.PARKER on the July 6,

    2009 as follows and not limited :

    1. Defendant Kay Kim, Pro Se filed a federal lawsuit against Special Judge

    Judith S. Proffitt and Dr. George F. Parker, Psychiatrist under Federal Civil Cause No.

    1:09-cv-0829-DFH-JMS on July 6, 2009.

    2. Under federal civil cause no 1:09-cv-0829-DFH-JMS, Dr. Parker,

    Psychiatrist and Special Judge Proffitt are the named as Defendants.

    3. Defendant, Kay Kim, Pro Se in this court have made the claim against

    both parties in related cause of action(s) under federal civil action.

    4. The Summon and Complaint were served on July 6, 2009 for both Special

    Judge Proffitt and Dr. Parker, Psychiatrist.

    THEREFORE, Defendant Kay Kim, Pro Se demand that the Special Judge

    Proffitt takes necssary steps to recuse herself for all related my criminal proceedings and

    July 10, 2009 competency hearing with own motion as required by the law.
