If you do you may lose your trust in the sight of others. 8) Try solving others problem rather than getting him entangled in fabricated troubles. 9) Ignore minute issues, other would ignore yours. 10) Outspoken doesnt mean jaw exercise, your speech reflect your competency. 11) Politics kills advancement and promotion, be a team player and team builder, others will like you and help your way forward. 12) Anecdotal approach is good to be used, only by the ones who follow these anecdotes. 13) If you are idle, put this time to use for self development rather than to meddle in matters out of your scope of authority. 14) Consider others as humans, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity or color. 15) Value Knowledge, skills and ability. 16) Office holder approach: Respect the hierarchy during your office timings, after that we are uniform.
