Cut to Pack Improvements (Suggestion)

Dear Sir, We have to focus on these issues in order to improve our productivity and quality and ultimately reduce our lead time from 34 days to 26 days. Optimum inventory levels in all section and operation from cut to pack. Strong communication between quality control department and production which is currently very weak. Ensure in time availability of trims and accessory in order to reduce lead time of finishing at least. Line balancing in all section especially in stitching and finishing. Training of supervisors (lower management) and worker to utilize their capabilities and skills to enhance production. Most updated and latest machinery should be arranged and implement for production and quality improvement. Toper press should be arranged for controlling specs issue and save time in this regard.
