Sir, It is humbly submitted that I was proceed on leave due to sickness, necessary both certificates illness and fitness was provided to the Board but my leave on medical grounds were not sanctioned by the Board, treated as absent willingly, with out giving opportunity to explain sickness, it would be pertinent to mention here that I have made request for reconsideration but my representation left un attended by the Board, my dues are being with held for a long period with out any reasons, only to harass and mentally torture. Hence you are humbly requested to please give me opportunity to explain the sickness and to produce certificates about my sickness and fitness, which are being issued by a competent Authority, where as worthy CE was not a medically qualified and a competent Doctor can judge and advice the disease. So personnel hearing may kindly be given for natural justice and set a side CE orders for cancellation leave on medical grounds. Sincerely yours,
