Dear Chairman and Ranking Member:

I am requesting funding for a Pictometly Law Enforcement Visual Intelligence Tool for the
Chickasaw Nation of Oldahoma, c/o Jason O'Neal, 520 Arlington St., Ada, Oklahoma 74820. The
funding will allow the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nation, which encompasses 22 counties in southern
and southeastern Oklahoma, to utilize this visual imagely tool to joindy manage emergencies with
other local, state, and federal agencies. The project enhances public safety, and puts sophisticated
geospatial intelligence information into the hands of emergency ftrst responders. I certify that
neither I, nor my spouse, have any ftnancial interest in dus project.
