    PC Software Inventory Report

    Instructions: Use a spreadsheet like this one to record the software title installed on each of your company's PCs. Record basic information about the PC (serial number, employee who is using the PC, and the other details listed at the top of this spreadsheet). Determine the software installed on the PC by either using a software inventory tool or by viewing the Add/Remove Programs list. Record each software title, version number, publisher name and the number of installations (usually one) in the table.
