Dear Chairman Obey:

I am requesting funding for a Communication System upgrade in the fiscal year 2010
Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations bill. The entity to receive funding for this project is
the South Windsor Police Department located at 151 Sand Hill Road, South Windsor, CT 06074.
The funding would be used to upgrade the police department's video and radio systems. I certify
that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in the project.
