Sebastin Arauzo Language II Profesorado and High School Teacher training college is a big deal more different than

high school I can assure you. First of all, you will notice the absence of your high school buddies, but you will make new friends. You will not miss your lifelong friends because students at the Profesorado, who will be coming from nearby cities or towns, are easy-going people. Another difference between the two is the level of commitment to your studies. If you want to do well at teacher training college, you must study everyday with real dedication, contrary to high school where you could sometimes manage the day before an examination with little hours of study. In addition, more autonomy is needed on your part at tertiary level. Classes in high school were small, but at the Profesorado teachers have less time to follow your individual progress so it is better to take matters with more responsibility. Finally, it goes without saying that the Profesorado is your personal choice. A change of mentality is necessary and you should show a more mature attitude; skipping classes in a high school fashion is badly seen. Certainly, I encourage you to enter the Profesorado since I personally think you would like it a lot and adapt easily.
