A.

The Problem Situation

Human Resource Development (HRD) is the framework for helping employee develops
their personal and organizational skills, knowledge and abilities. It is also includes such
opportunities as employee training, employee career development performance management and
development coaching, succession planning, key employee identification, tuition assistance and
organization development.

It is a structure that allows for individual development, potentially, satisfying the


organizations or the nation goals. The development of the individual will benefit both the
individual the organization, or the nation and its citizen. Human resource development is a
combination of training and education, in a broad context of adequate health and employee
policies, that ensures the continual improvement and growth of the individual, the organization
and the national human resourcefulness.

Adam Smith states, “The capacities of the individuals depended on their access to
education”. It is also the medium that drives the process between training and learning in broadly
fostering environment. Within a national context, it becomes a strategic approach to inter sectoral
linkages between health, education and employment.

So it is because the primary focus is on the growth and employee development. It


emphasis developing individual potential and skills.

The researcher believes that in one organization it necessary that the Human Resource
Development is the needs for the betterment of an individual who is working in one organization.
This could be a treatment for improving ones organization to develop the individual
performance.

B. Statement of the Problem

This study is conducted to assess the faculty of School of Allied Medicine as implication
to an agency performance.

Specifically, it will seek to answer the following:

1. What is the educational qualification of the respondent?


a. 2 year course

b. Bachelor Degree

c. B.S w/ M.A units

d. Masteral Degree

2. What kinds of training does the faculty attended:

a. regional

b. national

c. local

3. Is the training related to their field of specialization?

4. Based from their educational, do their learning experiences development?

5.Is there a relationship between educational qualification, training attended in the


development of the agency performance?

C. Title of the Study

The HRD Factors of the School of Allied Medicine: Its Implication to Agency
Performance

D. Objectives of the Study

This study will be able to know the HRD factor in the School of Allied Medicine. This
will be the way for improving the performance of every faculty.

There is no significant relationship between the educational qualification, training and


development in the agency performance.

G. Scope and Delimitation

This study is conducted to know the HRD factor of the faculty of School of Allied
Medicine. The respondent is the faculty of School of Allied Medicine.

I. Significance of the Study

This study will be a great help to he following:

Administration to make them aware of the relevant factors what affect the agency
performance so that they can formulate policies and resource available to be granted to the
deserving faculty.

Dean to know the feedback on the factors which would help to assess faculty for effective
recommendation to support continuous improvement of the administration and faculty
development

Faculty this will provides to knows the importance of faculty development.
