AASU Weekly Meeting

Time: 6: 30 PM Minutes of June 11th 2009

Location: Herguan University, Conference Room, Second Floor.

Announcements:

1. Next week there is going to be professional photos shoot so kindly wear formal attire i.e
white shirt, red tie and Jacket if you can for men and Formal jacket and formal shirt for
women.

2. Prepare an Agenda for every meeting with tasks and responsibilities assigned and thought
over before you come so we save time.

The following are tasks assigned to each Team Member and to be done by specified
date/next week meeting:

Uma Angina:

• Uma is getting the website done for AASU and Uma is to co-ordinate with Srikanth for
Preparing a generalized agenda (in PPT format) for every weeks meeting.

Srikanth Goduru

• I will prepare content for google groups

 • Update the group and website with events related to student activities

• Provide stationary and files

• HGU sub-domain emails for all AASU members

• Start AASU notice board

• Propose Coffee Machine

• Picnic ideas - followup with Members and decide by this weekend.

Pavani Singaraju:

• Pavani is responsible for Grand Opening Party for AASU, please come with a gameplan
and time and date for the event and activities and tasks for everyone.(other members can
provide her with your inputs)

Vivek A:

• Please collect Birthdays and remind team to celebrate their birthdays at the Weekly
meetings 

• Please collect profile and confirm once you have it from everyone.

• Collect signatures on Attendance Sheet from next meeting.

Pavithra and Minal:

• Please come up with a game plan , ideas and tasks and activities for sports/games
competition for HGU , this should bring students to be more united.

Jaymin Patel:

• Please maintain nice record of all bills.

 • Please send the format of accounts sheet to Uma for approval.

Rakesh Kilaru:

• Please start the Google group ASAP and send requests to all members and srikanth will
invite the students. Give moderator roles to AASU team.

• Please discuss about Domain for AASU with srikanth and Charles and decide by this
week.
