Re: Your Texas Public Information Act request dated May 26,
2009, for records indicating how much the Houston Airport
System paid all of its employees between January 1,2009 and
December 21, 2008, including the employee's name, the
amount of their pay, their job title, or classification and the unit,
division or office of the airport system for which they work;
Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") Ruling dated
July 16, 2009

Dear Ms. Peebles:

As you are aware from your copy of the TSA Ruling dated July 16, 2009, the City has
received a response to our request for an opinion from the TSA. Because the TSA has
determined that we must release the responsive documents to you, we are closing this
portion of our file on this matter. Please note that we are still awaiting an opinion from the
Attorney's General's office on the remaining portion of this request.

By copy of this letter, we are requesting the Houston Airport System to provide the
responsive documents to you in accordance with the TSA's ruling. If you have a question
