This artifact is a lesson plan. In this lesson it will show how to apply the developmental stages of the childs growth. It demonstrates my growth as a professional because I am able to access what is needed for the child development. I am using standard 4b, c, and d. a) understanding effective strategies and approaches are always great when working with children. Every child learns differently.
