First step: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Make sure you constantly check it, to confirm that the fire hasnt gone out.

Second step: Then, you will need a small bowl to whisk the baking soda and flour.

Third step: In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda; set aside.

Fourth step: Combine the butter with with sugar. The mixture has to be light and fluffy.

Fifth step: Add the salt, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until well mixed, about 1 minute.

Eighth step: Bake until cookies are golden around the edges, but still soft in the center. This could take 8 to 10 minutes.

Ninth step: Remove from oven, and let cool on baking sheet 1 to 2 minutes.

Tenth step: Transfer to a wire rack, and let cool completely.

Top Tip: Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
