PELVI-ABDOMINAL SONOGRAPHY REVEALED


* The liver is not enlarged with homogenous echopattern, with no focal lesion. No intra or extra hepatic biliary radicles dilatation. * Gall bladder shows normal wall thickness with no stones inside. * Normal calibre of the portal vein and C.B.D. * The spleen is of normal size and homogenous echogenecity. * Normal sonographic appearance of the pancreas. * Both kidney is normal in site, size, shape, parenchymal thickness and echogenecity with no renal stones or back pressure obstructive changes. * Both ureters are not dilated. * Urinary bladder has normal wall thickness with no stones, masses or diverticulae. * The uterus is AVF, of normal size & appearance with no focal masses. *left adenexial cystic lesion measuring 5x4cm most likely ovarian cyst. * No ascites.

CONCLUSION:
Left adenxial cyst ??ovarian cyst for further correlation with trasvaginal ultrasound.
