Dear Colleague Prof. Dr. ABDOMINAL ULTRASONOGRAPHY The liver is of normal size, displaying homogenous echopattern with no focal lesions detected. No intra or extra hepatic biliary radicles dilatation. Gall bladder shows normal wall thickness , with no stones inside. Normal calibre of the portal vein and C.B.D. The spleen is of normal size and homogenous echopattern. Normal sonographic appearance of the pancreas. Both kidneys are of normal size, site, shape, echogenicity, and parenchymal thickness. No stones or backpressure changes. The right kidney measures x cm with parenchymal thickness of 1 cm. The left kidney measures x cm with parenchymal thickness of 1 cm. No ascites.

CONCLUSION: Normal upper abdominal ultrasonography.
