Understanding the Steps To Civilizing the 85%

This edition of the National Statement will examine a topic which affects most of us; before we begin I would like to take this time to thank all the Brothers and Sisters that have supported the National Statement. In the Understanding that, one hand washes the other hand, The National Statement is pleased to announce that during the Childrens Day Celebration the July Parliament in Medina, the National Statement will be presenting Educational Scholarships to the youth of our Nation. This will be in accordance with the guidelines at the Childrens Day Committee. Again, thank you for your support and hope that you will continue to support the National Statement. As we move towards the new millennium, the year 2000 AD, We must begin to STUDY and UNDERSTAND why Brothers and Sisters are having such a hard time civilizing the 85%.If you are a person that is True within your development, I hope that you will realize that this is not an attack on individuals. This is a guiding light preparing you to Understand process the Righteous must go through in performing The Duty of a Civilized Person. There are many people within our midst who think that the process of becoming civilized is learning to quote lessons, changing their name, and no longer eating pigs flesh. It may appear that way on face value to those who are slaves of a mental death and power. In the eyes of this Society whose common cause is to master the Original People they know that just because a person changes their name, no longer eats pork, and begin to quote lessons; that doesnt always make them civilized. Remember, the devils job is to keep all the people who are blind, deaf, and dumb within the realm of six. Many things that I will reveal in this edition of the National Statement some may not like, and attempt to respond to my writing in the realm of six, this means that they are rooted in the sixth degree of

the 1-14. (Why does the devil keep our people so illiterate?) I want to be very clear with those who read this statement that in no uncertain terms am I questioning the teachings of my Father (ALLAH). I do bear witness to everything the Father taught. What I am questioning is not his teachings, but the people who trying to live according to these teachings without applying the Science of Mathematics and Truth There are those who have stated that they are civilized. Yet, on the contrary I have come to realize, that these people are blind, deaf, and dumb. They have no Understanding whatsoever of our goals and objectives. Their intentions may be good, but their ways and actions are based Wisdom Knowledge. Many Brothers and Sisters were never told that as a Nation we advocate the growth and development of the Children! They do not realize that the process of making boys into men is not an overnight process. Therefore if we do not address this issue of why Brothers and Sisters are having a hard time civilizing the 85%, many of our CHILDREN, will be easily led in the wrong direction by these men and women who claim to be part of the Five Percent. Those who say they are doing the duty of a civilized person. Brothers and Sisters if your Word is Bond towards the development of this Nation you must take your Post and Understand the blueprint of the Five Percent goals. As an older person it is always a good feeling to see the youth coming to the Parliaments with positive intention of learning and becoming part of this Nation. Listen young Brothers and Sisters; keep coming regardless to whom or what, just keep in the company of the Righteous. Do not be fooled by individuals who quote lessons well, but still have no respect, or Understanding for the Gods and Earths that built and preserved this Nation for you to learn the right way. Many people have come in the past speaking Wisdom Knowledge, basically saying nothing. I am writing this statement on behalf of the Gods and Earths that have given their blood, sweat,

and tears. Some gave their lives for the development of this Nation, and the True teaching of our Father. As I travel in the midst of Brothers and Sisters, I am hearing terms daily such as: My Enlightener, My Educator, and or My Students. When I hear this, I know what Brothers are trying to manifest. The question that I am asking is do these Brothers Understand what the Father meant when he taught the Nation of Gods and Earths that there were no FOLLOWERS or LEADERS in this Nation, regardless of one person being more advanced than the next. The Father stated that the Black, Brown, and Yellow seeds are one in Allah World Manifest. The third degree in the 1-10, (What is the total population of the Original Nation in the wilderness of North America and all over the planet Earth?) You must Understand that outside Allah World Manifest, people are teaching separation, that the Original Man is the Blackman; excluding the Brown and Yellow thus manifesting the twenty eighth degree in the 1-40. (What were Yacobs rules and regulations including all laws that were enforced in manufacturing the devil?) Outside Allah World Manifest where Yacobs doctors, ministers, nurses, and cremators their nature is not to add a cipher onto Understanding; examine the thirtieth degree in the1-40. (Tell us how the devil was made?) Listen; there are people in this Nation who dont know that at all. Period in our development Brothers took on the position, such as doctors, ministers, nurses and cremators, over other Brothers and thought that it was right and exact according to our Knowledge and Wisdom, and not applying the Understanding. When the Father begin to begin to show the Gods the Understanding of the Cipher, he put a stop to it. He built on how the Black, Brown and Yellow seeds are one and the same. The Father taught the first generation Right and Exact. The old Gods duty is to teach this generation to be Right and Exact.

If a person has Knowledge of Self and Builds on that knowledge by adding a Cipher onto Knowledge; Be teaching someone else this person is dealing with Equality with their knowledge of Self. Allah taught that the first shall be last and last shall be first. Reading is good. As a National Spokesperson my duty is to tell the truth and shame the devil. As Gods and Earths we are about Building a Nation in every aspect. We are here to prepare are lost-found Brothers and Sisters to Understand the Science of developing and building on land that we can call our own. This statement must be taken on a physical plane. The Father explained to the Gods that one day we will have land we can call our own. We must prepare ourselves as individuals and as Nation in Order to be qualified to Build upon that land. Also, to be civilized, conduction ourselves as Righteous People. [Example] If we had land we could call our own in 1998 (201?), and we were placed on this land to do for self, many Brothers and Sisters would refuse to go. They would not accept the situation for themselves or their families. What Do You Mean I mean that you can fool yourself into thinking that you are civilized. An educated person knows the difference. That is why people in our Nation would not travel to live on that land in 1998 (201?). They know that they are not qualified at this time to build upon the Earth. This is not to say Brothers and Sisters in the Nation are not qualified. What I am saying is that NO ONE will trust a quoting fool with their children or their future. Regardless to whom or what. This is why those who are qualified must step forward and become gate keepers of the goals and objectives of the Nation of Gods and Earths, also known as the Five Percent. To do this we must teach our newborns how to examine certain factors within the process of their development.

What are these Factors? Every person must recognize their weak points or stumble blocks. This is what stops their growth and development. You must realize and Understand this world of unalike attract, and alike repels. The action that affects one person may not have a direct effect on the next person. Yet, in Allah World Manifest once you bear witness that there is no mystery God, and that you lose no time searching for that which does not exist. Your Word then becomes Bond. That Bond means every person must know their part. In other words in the realm of Living Mathematics the action of one person may have an effect on many more. In the realm of Living Mathematics Knowledge adds on to Wisdom which produces Understanding (1+2=3). Wisdom Knowledge is always dividing, which is the realm of Subtraction. The action of one person may not affect the next the person, (21. Who was the founder of unalike attract and alike repel?). In the year Knowledge Born Born Build or Destroy, you must be real about the conditions you are faced with. What are These Conditions? They are: Black on black crime, a high rate of illiteracy amongst our youth. Many of our youth are involved in antisocial behavior because of lack of proper guidance. Also issues of misuse and abuse of chemical substance, a high rate of infant mortality, police brutality, and a high volume destructive environmental issue. These examples are just a few of many conditions that our people are victims of. It is very important for Brothers and Sisters to Understand that the process of civilizing the 85% is far greater than giving those lessons, teaching them not to eat pork, and telling them there is no mystery God in the sky. You must Understand the conditions imposed on the 85% have a physical effect on them that the naked eye often cannot detect. You must realize that these physical conditions produce a mental reaction that keeps out people slaves of a mental death and power. So if you do not Understand how to break the chains of

this mental reaction within the 85%. Then all you are doing is making this person aware of the conditions that they are in. So Whats Wrong With That? First of all, the blind cannot teach the blind to see right and exact. If you make a person aware of a certain condition, I would say that your intentions are good. I also would say that the Gods are not here to just manifest good intentions. We are here to bring the living dead to stand at attention. What good is Knowledge without Wisdom? How effective can Knowledge and Wisdom be without Understanding? If you do not provide Knowledge to the people that enables them to be aware of people, places and things, that does not manifest the Understanding; the end result will be that the 85% will not let the 5% teach them, and continue to accept the teachings of the 10% on face value. Brothers and Sister better realize that the devil is nothing to play with. Therefore I am telling you that the duty of a civilized person is more than quoting the eighteenth degree in the 1-40. So the Question is: Why are Brothers and Sisters having a hard time civilizing the 85% going into the year 2000 (20__)? {You notice I used the term Brothers and Sisters, not Five Percent}. This is because many people who claim to be Five Percenters may have good intentions and no Understanding of how to add on to Allah World Manifest. Ill make it clear to all of those who can hear, and those that can see. There is no such thing as a fake Five Percenter. You either are committed to telling the Truth and shaming the devil, or you do not have it. The Nation of Gods and Earths does not force any person or group of people to accept our way of life. However we do possess the greatest force that a person must have. We run feebleminded people from amongst us, if they fail to stand upright and Build according to our goals and objectives. This Great Force that I speak of is the Truth. If the Truth cannot civilize the 85% nothing can.

This edition of the National Statement is telling the World that we are neither anti-white nor pro-black, I am tell Brothers and Sisters that if you are not going to do the job right, please leave us alone. This is a time in our Nations development that we must participate in. The on-going growth of our Nation is a process which includes the science of how we must combine our resources to help each other. Why? Because most of our Brothers and Sisters that claim to be a part of our Nation displays the physical condition that represent the 85%. Then they attempt to talk as civilized people, yet they never recovered from a mental death and power themselves. My words may appear very harsh, but the Truth of the matter is that my words are real. There are people who say they are Five Percenters and enroll in educational institutions. These same people are not passing their classes. At the same time they are attracting the 85%, pig-eaters, worshippers of something they cannot see. But, these 85%ers are passing. Look at it for yourselves. Why are the mentally dead doing better than those who say they have life? Unless these people that come in our name are half-stepping. This means that they never learned the Truth about the Five Percent. Brothers and Sisters, if you tell the World that you are civilized, but your ways and actions are unalike. Who do you think you are fooling? Let me share something with you. The Father taught this Nation that God and the devil work hand in hand together. The Gods are here to get the people doing good (right), the devil is here get or/to keep people doing wrong. It is one thing to see the mentally dead being involved in Black on Black crime. But, I cannot and will not accept the 5% being involved in Black on Black crime. In fact the Gods are here to stop crime. The Father told us that the greatest crime a person can commit is being blind, deaf and dumb to the knowledge of themselves. The Five Percenters are not criminals nor do the take part in Devilishment.

Many will come, only a few will be chosen. That select few, are the ones who have the Power to Understand the Wisdom of our Father. When Brothers and Sisters within the 5% begin to Understand the Cipher that Allah taught they will no longer measure their success and compare our nation to others. If you are thinking that just because you learned how to quote 120 degrees, use adverbs, nouns, and verbs, then use words out of the dictionary to create names and you think that you are righteous. I feel sorry for you. It is a fact that it takes at least seven years for the swine to be out of your system. So, why would you think that you can become civilized overnight? Brothers and Sisters are having a hard time civilizing the 85% because they fail to Understand the conditions that the 85% are victim of. They fail to realize the mental and physical powers of the devil. This keeps these people ignorant. They think that the 5% are at war with them. These Brothers and Sisters that claim to be righteous& advocate change, yet they refuse to change for the better. It is a fact that you cannot correct another persons actions if you fail to correct your own. You cannot civilize the 85% if you are uncivilized. The time of playing games has come to an end. You cannot mix wicked ways with Righteous ways. The Gods are telling the World that we are not about devilishment, we are not lazy people, we are about doing for self in a positive manner, and that this will help uplift are people. What is most important is that we are a Nation of Men and Women who will stand up and be accountable for are deeds. We teach that one of our duties is to civilize our people, those people who have the desire to become civilized. Many Brothers and Sisters are trying to take shortcuts in telling the Truth and teaching our people. Have you not heard that a civilized person is an educated person? God teaches the best education, which is having Knowledge of Self. We teach that when a person comes into the Knowledge of Self they realize the conditions that they are placed in. Knowledge of Self enables a person to realize their strength and their weakness.

The Following Information I Would Advise You to Study: y A very important factor is Understanding that we are not here to teach above a persons head. We are trying to get in their head. y You must realize the term 85% is only a mathematical break-down that explains the mental and physical conditions that our people are victims of. y If you are not educated in the realm of Knowledge and Wisdom concerning the Human Families of the Planet Earth, how can you be an educated person? y If you are going to teach Knowledge and Wisdom to the Human Families of the Planet Earth, you must first have Knowledge of Bio-chemical and Physical Science. This relates to all the Human Families of the Planet Earth. You must Understand that becoming civilized is process of growth and development. This is fact of life; learning about yourself and the World. y You must Understand that most of the lost-found Brothers and Sisters that recovered from a mental death were victims of unalike attract at one time or another. y You must Understand that there are three levels of development that you must master to be free: 1. City Science 2. Social Science 3. High Science y The City Science is the field of operation that the colored man uses to make the 85% slaves of a mental death and victims of many deadly condition. y Social Science represents the area of mental and physical powers that the 10% use to separate the Original People of the Planet Earth. Within this realm you will see the blueprint of Yacubs determined idea. This teaches the devil how to master the Original People of the Planet Earth. If you do not Understand the colored mans goals you will distill back to the level of City Science. Then fall victims to Yacubs determined ideas. y The High Science is the level where a person begins to realize a sense of

enlightenment. At this level a person recognizes the Power of SelfDevelopment. They learn their origin in the World. With TRUE Consciousness a person is able to Understand the difference between the gold of the material world and the Gold of the Mental World. Within this realm of High Science you do not take anything at face value. Brothers and Sisters you must Understand the that85% are our lost brothers and sisters, mothers, fathers and sometimes our own children. I stated that the term 85% is used to define a state of mental and physical conditions that they are victims of. Therefore, you must learn to look at the 85% as victims. You must see yourself as healer of the sick. You have the power to examine the patients, and provide them with the proper cure. I am here to tell the Truth, and shame the devil. A person cannot provide a cure for the sick if they are terminally ill themselves. How can you civilize the 85% if you are uncivilized? Brother and Sister beware of what comes out of your mouths, especially when you state that you are civilized. I hope that you are above just quoting lessons, and speaking on things that you do not Understand. Please take your time to examine this degree 1-40: {14. Who are the 85 %?}This degree is very interesting. Remember at one point most of us were 85%. At this time I am asking you to apply the science of the Mathematics to the term 85. They are people who destroy within their natural Power. They are people that are being used as tools and also as slaves. The colored man uses his mental and physical powers to master them, and use them in acts of devilishment.

1 - Represents the first degree in the 1-10. Who is the Original Man? 3 Represents the third degree in the 110. What is the total population of the Original Nation here in the wilderness of North America and all over the Planet Earth? Now we realize that the 85% do not know their own self. The fourteenth degree in the 1-40 explains who they are. If you make a cross-reference of your information using the lessons, you will also see that the sixth degree in the Actual Facts is Deserts cover 14,000,000 square miles. A desert is a land that has no water, and cannot sustain the best part (life). That 14,000,000 will take you to the fourteenth degree in the 1-40; this relates to the 85%. (8+5=13) The thirteenth degree in the 1-40 is, But brings Rain, Hail, Snow, and Earthquakes? This degree explains how the lost-found recovered from a mental death, and not a physical death. It is our job as Righteous People to provide a cure for the people that have been infected by the terminal illness that Yacubs nurses planted. If you state that you are a Civilized Person, you must apply Islam to resurrect the mentally dead. You must know how to.

Study the third degree in the 1-36, My Uncle was brought over her by a trader 379 years ago. Breakdown 3, 7, and 9, if you care cross-reference these numbers. If you read the National Statement with true intentions to better Understand the process of civilizing the 85% you will see that there is nothing wrong with selfexamination. Remember it is not what I about you, it is what you say and do to enhance your abilities to do your duty.

says, Because the devil put fear in him when he was a little boy.

5- The fifth statement in the 1-36 says,

He does not know he is my Uncle. If a man has fear within him, he cannot recognize that his Uncle is the Brother of his father. (8+5=13)
