Teacher asked teachers name in English Students stood up and moved their bodies according the teachers instruction in English (TPR) Students sang and moved their bodies Teacher used dolls of a girl and a boy Teacher introduced the target words using dolls and students All girls stood and then all boys stood Teacher asked who they were (boy? girl?) Students sat in circle and passed beanbag to next person The student who had it when teacher says stop answered questions Teacher took dolls out of a box and asked who he/she was Teacher and students clapped hands and jumped Teacher asked if he/she was a boy or a girl.

Other notes -When the teacher told them to move their bodies (TPR), I think students just imitated her movement, they did not understand what she said in English -Teacher always used English when speaking to students even if it was not relevant to English lesson (e.g. bless you, put your bag on the shelf) -Teacher touched students bodies when she praised them -Teacher did not force students who did not want to talk to speak English -Students were eager to know what was in the box
