    ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS

    The Directors of Zimplow Holdings Limited are pleased to announce the disposal of 100% of its shareholding in Bulawayo Steel Products (Private) Trading as Tassburg, effective 1 November 2013 to members of the management team. The disposal is now unconditional, having received all the required regulatory approvals. This disposal is in line with Zimplow Holdings Limiteds thrust to streamline its operations and to focus on its key farming and mining equipment and implements businesses. Further, details with respect to this transaction will be made available in the next financial results of the Company.
