Dear Students:

Welcome to school year 2009 – 2010! We are delighted to see you all back in school – refreshed, relaxed and ready to go.
As our paths cross, we look forward to hearing some fantastic stories about your summer holidays.

We thank everyone for contributing to a successful start and are looking forward to the exciting weeks ahead. Your energy
and excitement have brought the campus back to life!

As the school year commences, please take note of the following points:
• Since after school clubs and activities have not yet started, students are expected to be off campus by 3:00 P.M. Please
make the necessary transportation arrangements so that you are picked up promptly at dismissal time.
• Student planners have been distributed, and time will be spent during Homebase going through the student handbook
portion of the planner. Important information regarding grades, homework, discipline and other policies is contained in the
handbook. It is expected that all students be familiar with and adhere to established policies and procedures. We also
encourage you to spend some time reviewing and sharing your planner with your parents. Please utilize your planner
throughout the year since it is intended to aid you in developing responsibility and organizational skills.

Life here at ISM is packed with fun, meaningful experiences – both inside the classroom and outside the classroom. Please
make sure to listen actively during Homebase and read the Student Bulletin every week so that you don’t miss out on any
important deadlines or activities.

We look forward to an exciting year ahead!
