MY PTC REFLECTION

On October the 30th Wednesday I had my PTC also known as the Parent Teacher Conferences. It was 25 minutes long and for the rst ten minutes I was leading by showing my parents my goals and explaining why I chose them. For the other fteen minutes the teachers were leading the way. Then they asked me if I wanted to add some more but I didnt have much to add so my parents, then took over the conversation. After that they asked me to leave because they wanted to speak in private. In May, I will be leading the full 30 minutes for the next PTC. This will also make me pretty nervous so when that happens, Id better practice! I thought that it went alright so Im really happy that it went well. I quite enjoyed reading my goals to my parents. Not once did the teacher have to stop me because they thought my goals werent appropriate for me. I think I did my ten minutes pretty well. I was really excited when my turn came. It was at 1:30 in the afternoon. MR Thomas liked my goals a lot. I chose pretty much should for every goal! Ms Wright and Ms Ivy thought that my social behavior was very good. One other reason why I liked the PTCs was because they gave us 2 days of holiday. I was very lucky that Mr Thomas gave us a lot of time to do this and nish our goals in time. I was also very happy that my conference on Wednesday because Thursday was Halloween. So I only had 3 days of school. It also gave me more time to nish my homework. The PTCs Were also a bit stressing and thought I was going to mess up. I did my best to look at my parents from time to time. When it was nished I almost sighed in relief. My parents congratulated me for doing such good work and I felt like I was ying from how calm I was. I thought I could choose should because my mother taught me the time tables when I was younger than now.
