Following our brief meeting and discussions yesterday at your head office with Mr. Sam Ssemanda and Mr. Henry Nsereko representing VEDCO Uganda, we would like to; I. II. Thank you so much for staying with us and for your cooperation during your several years of tenancy. Bring to your attention that we shall NOT be able to renew your Tenancy for the period ending February 3 2013 without any prejudice. This is to enable us carry out farther developments at the above addressed premises. However as agreed in yesterday's discussion, we shall be giving VEDCO Uganda up to the end of the month of April 2013 to summarise their on going projects at the premise and also identify the next suitable premise to house your offices and projects. For the months of February, March and April, VEDCO Uganda shall pay us the on going rent of 800,000Ug.Shs (Eight hundred thousand shillings, Uganda Currency) per month in the first week of the Month of February. III. As agreed in yesterday's meeting ,the Landlord shall carry out some developmental work at the premises amicably with VEDCO Uganda. With all due respect, we shall cooperate with each other to enable each of us to carryon with our works in the most acceptable way possible. IV. At the end of your stay with us, the Landlord or an assigned representative shall carry out a Premise Inspection with a repetitive of VEDCO Uganda to ensure that the Premise is left in an acceptable condition as per the Tenancy Agreement Once again we thank you so much for staying with us and for all your support and cooperation.
