On July 23, 1990, Candelaria American Indian Council
(hereinafter Complainant) submitted to this office a letter which is hereby ACCEPTED as a Motion to Consolidate Case No. 90.JTP-30 with Case No. 8%JTP-34, pursuant to 29 C.F.R S18.11. As grounds for consolidation, Complainant claims that the audit findings involved in Case No. 90-JTP-30 have already been appealed to this office in Case No. 89,JTP-34. Further, Complainant asserts that it would be redundant to adjudicate these cases separately. As of this date, the Department of Labor has not filed an objection to Complainant's request. Upon consideration of the foregoing, consolidation would be in the best interest of judicial efficiency. Accordingly, the Motion to Consolidate the above-captioned cases is hereby GRANTED.
