DATE: AUG 28 1990

IN THE MATTER OF
CANDELARIA AMERICAN INDIAN COUNCIL
Complainant
CASE Nos.: 90-JTP-30
89-JTP-34

On July 23, 1990, Candelaria American Indian Council

(hereinafter Complainant) submitted to this office a letter which
is hereby ACCEPTED as a Motion to Consolidate Case No. 90.JTP-30
with Case No. 8%JTP-34, pursuant to 29 C.F.R S18.11.
As grounds for consolidation, Complainant claims that the
audit findings involved in Case No. 90-JTP-30 have already been
appealed to this office in Case No. 89,JTP-34. Further,
Complainant asserts that it would be redundant to adjudicate
these cases separately. As of this date, the Department of Labor
has not filed an objection to Complainant's request.
Upon consideration of the foregoing, consolidation would be
in the best interest of judicial efficiency. Accordingly, the
Motion to Consolidate the above-captioned cases is hereby
GRANTED.
