I do: introduce and monitor Sunrise Activity; Introduce how to search for books by Lexile We do: Discuss Sunrise Activity answers, the importance of Lexile scores and when to use Lexile scores You do: complete Sunrise Activity, Search through Lexiled book results on destiny.dvusd.org and create list of 10 books that sound interesting (Need to include: Title, Author or Call # and Lexile Score) Closure: How would you summarize today's lesson for someone who wasn't here? HOMEWORK: 1) RIFRATT 15 (Finish Nov book by December 1st) 2) Reading Plus (Level G by December 15th)

Tuesday:
I do: Take students to get December RATT book based on Lexile list from Monday; introduce and monitor Sunrise Activity; introduce PDSA and how it works We do: Review information discussed in class last Friday (AIMS, Lexile and Reading Plus)---What they are, connections between them and why they are important; Discuss assigned task with group You do: Write a summary about discussion and assigned task.

Closure: Summary turned in. HOMEWORK: 1) RIFRATT 15 (Finish Nov book by December 1st) 2) Reading Plus (Level G by December 15th)

Wednesday:
I do: monitor Sunrise Activity; Monitor Completion of DVRA 1; introduce and model 3-2-1 method and grading scale We do: With shoulder partner, practice 3-2-1 method You do:; Finish DVRA 1; Rewrite answer to 3 questions from Homesick packetTurn these in! HOMEWORK: 1) RIFRATT 30 (Finish Nov book by December 1st) 2) Reading Plus (Level G by December 15th)

Thursday: Reading Plus Lab Day


I do: model and monitor computer use; facilitate students success in Reading Plus programs; check computers for damage and report We do: work quietly, respectfully, and responsibly; assess R+ progress You do: complete readings/activities on Reading Plus; Complete 8 assignments!!!! Why? HOMEWORK: 1) Complete rewrite of written response from DVRA using 3-2-1 2) Reading Plus Level G by December 15th
