Administrator hears particular buzzwords that direct the process toward a special education eligibility group. Some of these words may include testing assessment e!aluation disability processing problem or other terms that suggest the concern is related to a disability or possible disability.

Conference at school to address referring concerns with appropriate staff. (

)he *ligibility +roup determines that a parent wants help not an e!aluation for special education. A Prior ,ritten -otice #P,-$ is completed and information is sent to .nter!ention )eam for consideration. Appropriate .nter!ention ser!ices are deli!ered and monitored.

)he *ligibility /ecision is that the student is found eligible for Special *ducation Ser!ices and an .*P is created.

)he *ligibility /ecision is that the student is -O) found eligible for Special *ducation Ser!ices. A Prior ,ritten -otice #P,-$ is completed and information is sent to the .nter!ention )eam for consideration.
