Yarn I chose to do my Genretized Narrative Project through a Dream Catcher. Dream catchers dont normally hold information of peoples lives, but mine will. On my dream catcher I will include much of my past literacy history as well as my present. I feel that this type of genre could be all creative, colorful and a great interpretation of something that means something to me. Dream catchers symbolize good dreams and I will interpret that with my good experiences in my past and present literacy history. The audience will better understand my genre because it means something to me and they will get a glimpse into my life. I will make my genre big, colorful and understandable to my audience. Due to the constraints of my genre I will be able to include past literacy experiences. I will only be able to write out my experience or draw them if I was a bit more artistic. Due to the constraints of my genre I will be unable to add pictures and I wont be able to portray my ideas and literacies as well as I would like. I will be unable to portray my literacy experiences as whole. With my dream catcher I want to write my dreams/literacies on the feathers. This will portray my creative side. I want the audience to view my creative and crafty side through the use of my feathers. On each feather I will write a different experience such as my clumsy experiences and my literature experiences. I tried to convey my past literacy experiences on the feathers because I am limited to doing only that with this genre, but it will still be a creative way to express my literacies. My ideas will be easily understood in this genre because everything will be written and people will be able to easily read my ideas and literacies. This piece relates to my entire literacy history because it includes its and pieces of my literacy history including past and present literacies. I will include my literacies on how I came to read and write and also literacies on how Ive grown and what Ive learned growing up that has also become a part of my literacies.

Comment [ym6]: Im just a little confused, earlier in the piece you said you could have past and present experiences, can you do both? Or just past?
