To compete with challenge next step to implement the strategy and measure the impact on the performance. Nissen chose the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as the strategy implement tool.

The BSC is an easy to adopt and focused in value.


It clarifies the cause and effect linkages between employee, customers and financials. The scorecard monitors will monitors how we are going in our journey.

The BSC first implement in the Recruitment & Staffing Solution (R&SS) because the company wanted to leverage its branch network to focus on growth and occupation through the implementation of various strategy. The R&SS Balanced Scorecard consist of four perspectives :

1. Financial perspectives.
2. Customer perspectives. 3. Internal processes perspectives.

4. Learning & Growth perspectives.


The Strategy Map was used to describe the corporate strategy and elaborate how the value would be created through the execution of strategy. A key features of the strategy map was the integration and alignment of all levels of management team and the overall organization.
