To compete with challenge next step to implement the strategy and measure the impact on the performance. Nissen chose the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as the strategy implement tool.
The BSC first implement in the Recruitment & Staffing Solution (R&SS) because the company wanted to leverage its branch network to focus on growth and occupation through the implementation of various strategy. The R&SS Balanced Scorecard consist of four perspectives :
1. Financial perspectives.
2. Customer perspectives. 3. Internal processes perspectives.
