    Survey the scene

    The scene is safe.


    I have one victim lying on the floor.

    2. Introduce yourself

    I am ______ a trained first aider, may I help?

    3. Check Consciousness
    Hey, hey are you ok? Hey, hey are you ok?
    If unresponsive: ACTIVATE Medical Assistance!

    4. Check Airway

    Head tilt, Chin lift look for possible obstruction


    If theres no obstruction: Mouth and nose are clear and
    no signs of obstruction.

    5. Check Breathing
    (Check ABC) LLF position, check for 10 seconds
    1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010
    If breathless: Give 2 IVM (Initial Ventilatory Maneuver)
    if air bounce back, reposition/retilt then BREATH again (3rd IVM).
    if air bounce back again 5 CHEST THRUST, then check for
    mouth obstruction. (do finger sweep to remove obstruction)
    then, check if the passage is clear by giving 2 IVM again.
    If air still bounces back: repeat the procedure
    If air goes in: proceed
    6. Check Circulation
    (Check ABC) LLF position, check for 10 seconds
    1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010
    If Victim has:
    (-) Breathing & (+) Circulation RESCUE BREATHING
    Activate medical assistance and arrange transfer facilities and
    report back to me while Im giving Rescue Breathing to the victim
    FOR ADULT: Rescue Breathing
