Dear Sir/ Madame, It is with regret that I feel I must write to express my disappointment concerning the quality of the

services received by me and my husband at your hotel last week !lthough we were expecting a high standard accommodation and food, it wasn"t even near the quality that was promised #irst of all, when we had entered the room we were shocked It smelled as the windows haven"t been opened since the day the building has been built #urthermore, there room corners were full of cobweb !lso, when we went to dinner in your hotels restaurant, we reali$ed that we received something else instead the meals we had ordered !s we are both vegetarians and we had gotten a pork steak we couldn"t even touch the food %hus we complained about that to the waiter we weren"t taken seriously !s a suggestion, I believe you should be more careful at your stuffs work, maybe even to be present when the cleaning is done sometimes or to assist the preparation of the food I reali$e that running a hotel is very demanding, but maybe you should be more organi$ed and to ask your clients for feedback, this way when there are any problems with the hotel you would be the fist to know I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible I truly hope that you would consider my piece of advice and the problems at your hotel would be solved &ours faithfully, Sarah 'ohan
