Well heres the recipe I used for these yummy, flaky, spinach-feta treats: Spinach and Feta Turnovers

1/2 onion, chopped 1 T. butter 2 small clo es of !arlic, chopped 1 packa!e fro"en chopped spinach, drained and s#uee"ed dry $ o". crumbled feta cheese 1 e!!, sli!htly beaten dash of fresh-!rated nutme! freshly !round black pepper pinch of salt

2% sheets store-bou!ht phyllo dou!h 1/2 &. butter, melted 1. In a small skillet, saute onion in butter o er medium heat until soft. 'dd !arlic, cook for (% seconds and then remo e from heat. 2. In a medium bo)l, combine spinach, feta, e!!, onion and !arlic, nutme!, pepper and salt. *tir until )ell combined. *et aside. (. +emo e one sheet of phyllo from stack ,co er the remainin! sheets )ith a damp cloth to keep from dryin! out- and lay it on a )ork surface. .rush entire sheet )ith a thin layer of melted butter. /lace another sheet on top, brush )ith butter and repeat t)o more times ,you )ill ha e four sheets stacked )ith a layer of butter on the top sheet-. &ut this stack in half len!h)ise )ith a knife. $. 0ou no) ha e t)o lon! rectan!les of phyllo in front of you. /lace about 2 Tablespoonfuls of fillin! on the bottom ri!ht side of one of the rectan!les. 1old the bottom left corner up and o er the fillin! so that the bottom ed!e is no) e en )ith the ri!ht side. &ontinue foldin! up and o er until you end up )ith a trian!le. .rush trian!le )ith melted butter and place on a bakin! sheet. 2. +epeat this procedure )ith the other phyllo rectan!le. 3. +epeat steps ( and $ until you ha e 1% trian!les on your bakin! sheet. 4. /lace bakin! sheet in preheated (42 de!ree o en for about 2% minutes or until !olden bro)n. 5. &ool on )ire rack and eat either )arm or at room temperature. 6. 7n8oy9 0ield: 1% turno ers :ote: These can also be made as bite-si"e appeti"ers. /roceed )ith the recipe as directed e;cept instead of cuttin! the stacks of phyllo in half len!th)ise, cut them cross)ise into $ e#ual pieces. <se only one spoonful of fillin! for each strip and roll up 8ust as directed for the lar!er ones. 0ou )ill end up )ith 2% small turno ers, perfect for a party9
