1. AGM 2008 CRO Report 
• AGM 2008 CRO Mathieu Dagonas present on this portion of the call to take 
questions and discuss his report. 
• Mathieu Dagonas thanked for his work.  
• Discussion of the meaning of “adopting” of the CRO’s report 
o David Valentin suggests that under Roberts Rules, adopting would be 
an endorsement  
o Vote to endorse the CRO’s report moved by Damien O’Brien
