100% TNG Voters Registration Program

The TNG Management recognizes every Filipino’s right and duty to participate in the Nation’s election
process, thus this program is created.

Guideline:

1. All TNG employees who are not yet registered, have to update, or transfer to a different voting
precinct to vote this coming 2010 elections will be given a day off to register following the
proper scheduling procedure:

a. Department Heads and/or Unit Heads together with the non-registered employees will
set the schedule of registration until September 15, 2009

b. A week or two before the schedule, the employee shall call his/her respective precinct
to check if their Election Officer (EO) is present to accommodate registration during
their assigned day to register

c. In case the EO is not available on the previously selected schedule, the employee and
his/her superior will choose another date

d. The schedule shall be forwarded to HR for timekeeping purposes as this shall not be
deducted from either the employee’s leave credits or salary

e. To finalize the non-deduction in leaves or salary, the newly registered TNG employee
should submit a copy of their registration form to HR

2. All TNG employees who are actively registered (registered and have voted in the two most
recent election) will be awarded a day off for actively practicing their rights to vote. To claim this
one (1) day off, the registered TNG employee must submit to HR a copy of proof that their
registration is active.

Employees can also go to http://www.comelec.gov.ph/findprecinct/findprecinct.aspx to check if

their registration is still active. If it is still active, the employee can just email a screenshot of the
confirmation from this website to HR@nexusgroup.com.ph

3. Actively registered employees will schedule their day off (to spend however they want) with
their superior between August to December 2009. The set schedule should be given to HR for
timekeeping purposes as this shall not be deducted from either leave credits or salary. This
earned day off is not convertible to cash and will be forfeited if unclaimed within the given
timeframe.

4. In addition, the first 25 TNG employees who register and show proof of their new or
reactivation of voters status on or before September 15, 2009 are entitled to a movie ticket
each on October 2, 2009.

The first 25 TNG employees who show proof of active voter status are also entitled to a movie
ticket each on October 2, 2009.
