Definition:

Its an electronic Device that is used for information Processing. Computer is an electronic machine that can store and process information in digital form.

Computer word is derived from Latin word.. compute that means to calculate .

Input devices:

The data that is given to the computer is called input. Input devices are used to input data and instruction into the computer. Such as mouse ,keyboard ,scanner ,microphone or digital camera etc.

Processing devices:

The processor is used to process data .It is also called central processing unit (CPU).

The data processed into useful information is called output. Output devises are used to display the result of processing. Monitors ,printer or speakers etc.
