! One of 3 University of Dayton students selected by AmeriCorps for an internship as an After School Coordinator at Adventure Central, a program for inner-city 8-14 year olds. Taught middle school social skills, technology skills, and homework tutoring. Conducted parent counseling sessions.100% of students assigned completed academic year and were promoted to next grade. Worked four summers as Head Counselor supervising 6 junior counselors implementing a structured behavior modification program designed specifically to develop social skills and improve learning and selfefficacy skills, for children ages 7-10 diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, OCD, and Conduct Disorders.

Greenwich, CT Aug. 2012-Present Co-Teacher Work to co-construct and execute appropriate, differentiated child-centered lesson plans utilizing the principals of backwards design in Math, Language Arts, Social Studies and Science in Pre-K and 3rd grade. Facilitate and lead instructional groups that attend to multiple intelligences through exposure to a variety of instructional styles and incorporation of technology. Attend professional development opportunities such as Critical Friends Groups and SEED groups (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) to further growth and development in educational practices. Wickliffe, Ohio Sept. 2011-Aug. 2012 Occupational Therapist Aide & Team Leader Worked with children who have autism on a daily basis carrying through what was prescribed by the occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and special education teachers on staff in order to have the most cohesive treatment plan. Team leader for multiple children; planned and carried through each individual childs program; scheduling, attending, and managing healthcare appointments.

- Cleveland Clinic Cleveland, Ohio Summers 2010-2013 Summer Treatment Program Counselor Helped foster a sense of individuality while still adhering to protocol; designed individual treatment plans (ITP) to address childrens behavioral, emotional, and learning difficulties. Provided children the opportunity for growth and development; how to monitor their own behavior, be a leader as well as function as a group member.
