SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (SET TEAM MEMBER) The Senior Administrative Assistant will perform all duties specified

by the CEO, including but not limited to:


Help executive team by sharing managerial work Assist CEO in all possible work like recording meeting minutes, preparing necessary documents, preparing presentations Schedule CEO meetings and travel plans; manage all schedules Attend to phone calls from clients; respond to emails Produce information by transcribing, formatting, imputing, editing data and graphics Draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information; initiate telecommunication Represent CEO by attending meeting in executives absence; speaking for executive Maintain customer confidence and project operations by keeping information confidential Complete all clerical work assigned by executive Secures information by completing data base back-up Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, etc. Serve as CEOs right-hand person

SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT (SET TEAM MEMBER) Responsibilities: Assist with development, writing, and communication of business plan for GIHL Analyze business performance against budget and goals Create and perform comprehensive training programs for all GIHL personnel Understand and highlight all competitive threats to business Suggest strategies and back-up plans to executive team Coordinate production and development of a realistic local business plan for each GIHL location and be accountable for management and monitoring of objective in it Understand what clients (parents, guardians, scholars, school officials) wish to improve with the organization Review financial statements, evaluating competitors, and analyzing business practices Develop mew business models when needed; prepare recommendations and present to executive team to improve GIHL

SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR (SET TEAM MEMBER) Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth review of GIHLs financial circumstances, current provisions, future aims Analyze information and preparing plans best suited to GIHLs requirements Research marketplace and provide GIHL with information on new and existing products and services Design financial strategies Assist GIHL executive team in making informed decisions pertaining to purchases Keep up to date with financial products and legislations regarding non-profit educational organizations Provide financial reports as directed Oversee financial aspect of GIHL Prepare monthly statements by collecting data; analyze and investigate variances; summarize data, information, and trends Prepare financial documents for non-profit regulations Comply with state/federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising executive team on required actions Respond to financial advice by studying operational issues; apply financial principles and practices; develop recommendations Provide special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts

SENIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST (SET TEAM MEMBER) Responsibilities: Assist with developing, writing, and communication of marketing plan Assist with writing and editing of promotional literature, newsletters, etc. for GIHL Participate in regular strategy meeting and develop new initiative that are designed to further GIHLs mission Assist executive team with managing advertising initiatives and media plans to promote GIHL in various churches, cities, and states Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and needs in given churches and cities Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction Seek and provide information to help GIHL determine its position in the private school/education market Measure effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professional who will assist in expand GIHL nationally Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, methods of marketing and distribution Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs

DIRECTOR/INSTRUCTOR for THE KING'S KIDS (NURSERY, PRE-SCHOOL, OR KINDERGARTEN) This position is for the Director of The King's Kids combined with an Educational Instructor position. Successful candidate will be expected to fully function in both roles. The Director/Instructor will complete the following tasks: oversee the successful management of the schools within one district; facilitate conflict management between educators, students, and families within one school; perform evaluations of future educators in one school; assist with workshops for professional development; attend all staff meetings on weekly basis; oversee disciplinary actions within one school; work with local board of directors to determine clear direction of individual site; serves as a type of principal over schools. The educational leader of the school will be responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all scholars are supervised in a safe, godly environment; must work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the schools staff and/or volunteers; participates in the hiring process of future school employees; establish and promote high standards and expectations for all scholars and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behavior; manage, evaluate, and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the school consistent with the philosophy, mission, vision, and goals of GIHL. The Director/Instructor will manage and supervise effectively the instructional program established by SET, extracurricular activities, and discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operations, and emergency procedures; ensure compliance with all laws, SET policies, and civil regulations; ensure safe environment for school; establish professional rapport with employees, scholars, and families; display the highest ethical and professional behavior and standards when working with students, parents, community leaders, and school personnel. The Director/Instructor will serve as a role model for students, dressing professionally and demonstrating the importance and relevance of learning; notify immediately the SET and appropriate personnel and agencies when there is evidence of substance abuse, child abuse, child neglect, severe medical or social conditions, potential suicide or students appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances; keep SET aware of employees who do not meet their contractual agreement; research and collect data regarding the needs of students, and other pertinent information; keep schools staff informed and seek ideas for improvement of schools; maintain weekly meetings for all employees in that particular school; establish procedures that create and maintain attractive, organized, functional, healthy, clean, and safe facilities, with proper attention to visual, acoustic, and temperature; assume responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of students, visitors, and employees. Each district will have five directors, one for each school within that district that will supervise instructional programs of school; evaluate lesson plans; and observe classes within school on

regular basis to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on learning and child growth and development; establish procedures for evaluation and selection of instructional materials and equipment, approving all recommendations; supervise in a fair and consistent manner effective discipline and attendance systems with high standards, consistent with GIHL philosophy and mission. INSTRUTORS: NURSERY, PRE-SCHOOL, OR KINDERGARTEN Education/Experience:

TEACHING ASSISTANT for THE KINGS KIDS The teaching assistant will work collaboratively with all Instructors for The Kings Kids, and will help complete the following:

Discuss assigned duties with classroom teachers in order to coordinate instructional efforts.

Prepare lesson materials, bulletin board displays, exhibits, equipment, and demonstrations. Present subject matter to students under the direction and guidance of teachers, using lectures, discussions, or supervised role-playing methods. Tutor and assist children individually or in small groups in order to help master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers. Supervise students in classrooms and on field trips. Conduct demonstrations to teach such skills as sports, dancing, and handicrafts. Distribute teaching materials such as textbooks, workbooks, papers, and pencils to students. Distribute tests and homework assignments, and collect them when they are completed. Enforce administration policies and rules governing students. Grade homework and tests, and compute and record results, using answer sheets or electronic marking devices. Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials, in order to prevent injuries and damage. Observe students' performance, and record relevant data to assess progress. Organize and label materials and display students work in a manner appropriate for their eye levels and perceptual skills. Organize and supervise games and other recreational activities to promote physical, mental, and social development. Participate in teacher-parent conferences regarding students progress or problems. Plan, prepare, and develop various teaching aids such as bibliographies, charts, and graphs. Prepare lesson outlines and plans in assigned subject areas, and submit outlines to teachers for review. Provide extra assistance to students with special needs, such as non-English-speaking students or those with physical and mental disabilities. Take class attendance, and maintain attendance records. Assist in bus loading and unloading. Assist librarians in school libraries. Attend staff meetings, and serve on committees as required. Carry out therapeutic regimens such as behavior modification and personal development programs, under the supervision of special education instructors, psychologists, or speech-language pathologists. Collect money from students for school-related projects. Laminate teaching materials to increase their durability under repeated use. Maintain computers in classrooms and laboratories, and assist students with hardware and software use. Monitor classroom viewing of live or recorded courses transmitted by communication satellites. Operate and maintain audiovisual equipment. Provide disabled students with assistive devices, supportive technology, and assistance accessing facilities such as restrooms. Requisition and stock teaching materials and supplies. Type, file, and duplicate materials.

Use computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations.
