I am a certified Trainer having completed the Train the Trainer course in 2004 and have been actively training employees since 1991. I am a British Citizen currently residing between Turkey and the UK and can commit to an immediate relocation to New York. I started out within the recruitment industry in 2005 and have filled placements both temporary and permanent across the following disciplines: Commercial/Office including, Sales, Business Development, HR, Administration, Marketing, PR, Call Centre operatives, Account Management, Buying & Procurement and Executive positions. Industrial/Manufacturing & Engineering including, Food Manufacturing, CNC Operators/Technicians, Pickers & Packers, Steel/Metal/Chemical & Paper Engineers, Cleaners & Porters as well as Commercial placements within these areas. Catering including, Chefs, Silver Service, Waiting, Food Service and Bar Staff Also included in this section was an element of Event Planning. Driving including, HGV 1 & 2, Fork Lift operators, Highly Flammable Materials, Cranes and Delivery Van Drivers. Although I have not filled placements I also possess excellent knowledge of Aviation, Aerospace and Security & Defense. I have a very diverse set of skills, expertise and knowledge across many different industry disciplines. This diversity enables me to train across many different platforms including the differences in client approach, pitching, negotiation, closing the deal as well as maintaining and growing the different types of disciplines. As you are aware one would use a different type of approach and management for a corporate client compared to an Industrial client which again would be different to a Video Games client. Prior to joining the recruitment industry in 2005, I completed 15 years within Retail having held positions of Sales Assistant, Supervisor, Department Manager, Store Manager, Area Support Manager ( 4 stores), Regional Recruiter for 50 stores, and member of the New Store Opening Team. I have a proven track record of training new and employed staff members across both recruitment and retail, including a Director, Regional Managers, Area Managers, Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Assistants, Recruiters, Silver Service staff, Food Service staff, manual handling and Health & Safety staff. This position is literally my dream job for so many reasons. I am a great believer in supporting and helping others, I feel it is selfish to hold on to information that could literally make a difference to a persons lif e. I am passionate about training, I receive great satisfaction from watching others progress and achieve. I am inspirational and radiate positivity and motivation. I relate to people very easily and have the added bonus of having a very intuitive nature. I find it very easy to build trusted and loyal relations with the people around me. My experience of working and living in Turkey shows that I can adapt to different cultures and way of life (I have also learnt conversational Turkish). The two years I spent working as a Holiday Representative also gave me the added experience of presenting to groups of up to 60 people. I have visited The States on two occasions, once in 2002 (Florida) and most recently in April this year (California) with plans in place to return in September 2014. My daughter who is 19 is currently studying to become a Veterinary Nurse and resides permanently in the UK (she lived in Turkey with me from 2009 2012), has a dream to work in San Diego Zoo with exotic animals when she has qualified in June 2015. This position would be an excellent opportunity for me to experience living and working in The States. I feel that I am an exceptional candidate for this position and would very much like the opportunity to interview and discuss further.
