Remind/review what it means to begin with the end in mind. -Read Sorry I forgot to Ask by Julia Cook asking questions about the story as you read - Have students draw a picture of something they need to ask permission to do Common Core Standards: CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RL.K.1 With prompting and support, ask and answer questions about key details in a text. CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RL.K.2 With prompting and support, retell familiar stories, including key details.
