VOTE : Fonds électoral des corps
fédérés
Proposée par : la Table ronde des
affaires universitaires
PUISQUE la TRAU souhaite que les
élections des corps fédérés soient
accessibles; et
PUISQUE le remboursement des dépenses
des candidat(e)s fait partie intégrale de
cette accessibilité;
QU’IL SOIT RÉSOLU que le CA crée un
fonds de la FÉUO qui sera utilisé pour
rembourser les dépenses électorales des
candidat(e)s aux élections des corps
fédérés; et
QU’IL SOIT DE PLUS RÉSOLU que les
étudiant(e)s devront faire une demande de
remboursement afin d’être remboursé(e)s.
La TRAU recommande également au CA
qu’il mandate le Comité des élections à
étudier cette question et à préparer un
rapport qui sera présenté à la réunion du
CA du mois d’octobre.

Fund

Round Table
WHEREAS the UART is committed to
accessibility of federated body elections;
and
WHEREAS reimbursement of candidates’
expenses is integral to said accessibility;
BE IT RESOLVED that the BOA create a
fund of the SFUO to be used for the
reimbursement of candidates’ expenditures
in federated body elections; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
students will have to apply to this fund in
order to be reimbursed.
The UART further recommends to the
BOA to mandate the Elections Committee
to examine this question and prepare a
report for the October meeting of the BOA.
