Robin Kellogg 766 Module 3 Activity 2 Write Test Questions

Working In The Multi-Generational Workplace Enabling Objective: Identify the characteristics of the four generations Note: After question one, I was intentional in placing the generation names, which are on the left in the matching activities, in order from Millennial to Builder in an effort to give the learner another opportunity to practice the order of the generations, even in a subliminal way. If they have this order down it makes it a lot easier to add the details of each generation. The learner will need to click on a Submit button to submit their answers, and click on a next button to proceed to get feedback or to the next question. Question One: Match the name of the generation to the years they were born in: 1. 2. 3. 4. Generation X Millennial Baby Boomer Builder a. 1965-1980 b. Born before 1945 c. 1981-1995 d. 1946-1964

Correct Answer: 1. 2. 3. 4. Generation X Millennial Baby Boomer Builder a. 1965-1980 b. Born before 1945 c. 1981-1995 d. 1946-1964

My hope would be that by seeing only the correct answers it will visually emphasize that which is right. My ideal would be to animate the correct answers so that it shows Millennial, then moves the years to the correct position so the learner can see it one at a time, sort of like flashcards.
