To allot 10% tenements to Project affected persons due to Municipal Development scheme by accepting 25% of current value and prescribed value of said tenements to builder shall be paid from Municipal fund and salient features of scheme.

Allotment of 10% reserved tenements available as per the provisions of D.C.R. 1991 for rehabilitation of PAP

Rules/Regulations

(A) Category of PAP : (1) Road widening programme, (2) Acquisition of land for various Mun. purposes, (3) Vacating tenancies on the plot agree to be leased, (4) Development under provisions of T.P.S., (5) Mun. Building dilapidated/collapsed/affected by other calamities, (6) Vacating plot on VLT where required to be given alternate accommodation.

(B) (1) W.O. in consultation with project executing dept. will decide priorities, (2) PAP to pay to Builder cost as fixed by D.P. with incidental charges, (3) Concerned W.O. shall submit individual project wise proposal to Zonal DMC and etc.
