    1: Once you restart the computer tap F2 to go to BIOS and check whether the DVD drive is listed in BIOS

    or not. 2: Once you go to BIOS press F9 on the keyboard to ter in normal mode Load Default . Restart the compu

    Check the DVD drive is working now or not. If it still doesn t work, download and run MS-Fix IT which will help you to resolve the issue:
