This is a youth football practice plan that I use. Of course, it has my team name and logos at the top, which you can replace with your own. Page #1 is the listing of all the things we're going to work on, while page #2 lists the seven different "training blocks" I like to use. I don't necessarily use all seven blocks at each practice, but every event we run through at practice falls into one of those seven categories.
