The first fundamental effect of violence in video games is how that violence translates in to the real world. Kids may start to believe that the world is a hostile environment that will cause them harm, to be able to launch horrible actions toward others. However, playing violent games may stimulate aggressiveness, which may cause being careless regarding their colleagues and family members; simultaneously, children are going to learn how to be more aggressive through a conflict or an argument. Violent video games teach children to externalize their anxiety. Instead of calming themselves or expressing their concern or pain to others, they externalize anxiety and may act aggressively toward others in the same way that they have been taught to act aggressively when playing violent video games.(David). To illustrate that, whenever the child runs across a conflict he or she is going to utilize what he or she has learned from the experienced of video games. Not only that, but also, sometimes if a kids ends up by any chance seeing a real gun and they could take it start shooting. The possibility, sadly has come true: An 8-year-old Louisiana boy intentionally shot and killed his elderly caregiver after playing a violent video game, authorities say. (Lauren Russell). A recent content analysis by the research organization, Children Now, shows that a majority of

Another interesting fact is that playing video games is threatens childrens health through by disturbing sleep time. According to Simon Kyle, Playing video-games may disrupt sleep through a variety of routes from increasing emotional and physiological arousal due to stimulating content, through to increased light exposure close to bedtime. By saying that, reality of gamer play takes long time to fall asleep when play games before bad bed time. As a result of less resting time, children may present before the childhood symptoms of as being a slow learner and thinker. For the same reason, there are also wellness issues causes caused by sleep disorder such as, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, and diabetes. As I have noted, it is extremely important to track how many hours should children should sleep in order to grow safely.

4 (Dr.Phil) Can spending a lot of hours of video games hurt a child? A developmental psychologist, Douglas Gentile, states, that Yes. Excessive video-game playing can have a negative effect on a young child for several reasons. The first reason of that is children who play long hours of video games will miss a lot of activities; specifically to their development in their early lifetime. For instance, physical, social and intellectual are the developments that they will miss. Secondly, they will be isolating themselves from their parents and friends. As a consequence of playing long hours of video games is

unsociability. Sandy Hook gunman Adam Lanza was 'obsessed' with weapons and violent video games such as Call of Duty, it has been claimed. The walls of his room, where he spent all his time, were covered with posters of guns and tanks, according to a plumber who worked at the killer's home in Newtown, Connecticut.(Hatley-Parkinson). This is in example of spending too much time in video game, which will change the person habit.

These examples show that everything in excess unbalances the human being wellness. So the lesson from that is we should find a balance in everything in life, not less or more. However, kids can play video games but it has to be timed and under supervision by the parents to prevent the negatives effect from that; equally important, its immensely significant for children to have activities that they enjoy to do it and gain the benefit from it. Unquestionably, any activities can be beneficial if played safely.
Comment [D19]: Youve done a good amount of research and conveyed the sense of it reasonably well. However, you need some information on the other side. Your last suggests that video games can be played responsibly. I wish you had found at least one source to that effect. Overall the essay is well structured. It does have a number of mechanical (both grammatical and citational) problems that need to be cleaned up. Grade: 85
