OPTION LETTER

This letter of option dated 23/8/2013 is given to MR SU CHEE DIONG I/C no: 580706-08-5223 and NOORBAKI BIN LAMSARI I/C no: 710801-12-5847 ( herein referred as option holder ) by WONG KIAN HING I/C no: ( herein referred to as said land owner/s ). Whereas the land owner(s) is desirious of selling his/her/their land under the title No: NT043177797 ( herein referred to as said land covering 1.27 ACRES more or less located at KG PASACL ) in the district of Tuaran do hereby appoint the option holder to procure and secure buyer(s) for the said land. The land owner(s) has priced the said land at lump sum RM 1000,000 million. However if the option holder is able to to successfully secure a price over the stated price then the difference entirely will be payable to the option holder. Payment to the option holder by the land owner(s) for the either sum shall be made on or before the settlement date through a nominated legal firm. This option shall be exclusive to the option holder, which shall be valid and irrevocable for a period of_______________________________________ day(s) from the date of this letter and automatically remain valid to accommodate the ongoing transaction period. Any cost and expenses incurred in securing a purchase(s) for the said land will be done by the option holder for which the land owner(s) shall not be liable.
