This pulley was installed and torqued to 89 ft/lb and bolt removed. The pulley was flush with end of crankshaft so I tapped it in a little more (gently) with a rubber mallet. The picture below shows crankshaft extending out of the pulley by the depth of the crankshaft's beveled edge.
