Abstract:

The innovative design is one of the most amportent things in Design engineering. It should consider many factors to innovate any product. The first things we are studing the customer and users needs to determined the specification of the new product and compare it with the orginal design. That we want to reach the aim of this project to come with new design. We generated 5 concepts to innovate the simolehaler design. Then we selected the best one which can be suitable to our design. The human factor was put in our account also, we decided to consider the simplehaler to be a good for customer attractive way.the manufacture cost was calculated to ensure the reduce of the injection mold and selling price .One of the most important steps is the life cycle of the simplehaler to ensure the success of the innovative design.
