YES, fund (Youth Education Support)

This program is designed to aid graduating high school students and returning
college students who require additional financial resources to support or maintain their
academic success. College students must not be older than 20 years of age. The
funding for this program is not guaranteed. All recipient applications will be reviewed
and the winner/winners will be determined by the YES committee.
Yes fund qualifications
Recipients must complete an application and submit by the deadline.
Recipients must be a resident of North Carolina.
Recipients must be in good academic standing.
Graduating High school students must have a cumulative Grade Point Average
(GPA) of 2.5 (Please provide proof of GPA and letter of acceptance from College or
University)
Returning College students must have a cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.8 or
better (please provide a copy of transcript or proof of GPA).
Recipients must have completed at least 25 hours of community or volunteer
service (please provide the agency, contact information and person for
verification).
Recipients must type a short narrative on,How your education will impact your
community.
A Recipient cant be chosen 2 years in a row.
All applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. (NO
exceptions)

All recipient applications will be reviewed and the winner/winners will be determined by
the YES committee. The winners will be announced at the annual State Convention.
