Systems Analysis & Design

Interim Peer Evaluation

The purpose of the peer evaluation at this interim time is for each team member to
give constructive feedback to the other team members without the feedback
affecting your course grade. The goal is to make any necessary mid-project
corrections to improve the operation of your team. The evaluation includes both
quantitative and qualitative feedback. In your qualitative remarks, be honest but
tactful. You want to do this evaluation in the spirit of “how can I identify problems or
weaknesses so that the team can work together better on this project.” Remember,
you will be sharing these forms within your group, as well as turning them in to
your instructor who acts as project advisor.

Qualitative Feedback
List yourself, and then your team members in alphabetical order. Below each
name, provide any suggestions you want directed to that team member (including
yourself) to help him/her be a better team contributor.
