The youngest pupils attend one of our seven entry classes for their first two years in school. In years three and four pupils attend profile classes with special contentual focuses. A regular schoolday lasts from 8:00am through 12:30pm. In addition, we offer older pupils the opportunity to stay in school until 04:00pm for three days a week.

Children are explorers, they keep on learning throughout the whole day and contruct their own worlds encouraged by curiosity and vitality.
Profile classes intend to involve our pupils individual talents and affinities in school. Weekly practical days are meant to stimulate learning in wider contexts.

Weve got a qualified concept and an interesting offer for the children. Most of the pupils and parents appreciate this, 80 % have registered. That's more than we expected. Thus, we are optimistic to achieve our ambitious goals which are: Creating individual support and learning opportunities through a variety of educational items. Changes in teaching and learning culture by linking teaching, additional services and free time in the morning and in the afternoon. Social learning of all pupils together through offers that support living and learning in a community as well as respectful interaction and social skills. Opening the school for cooperation partners such as institutions of child and youth welfare, social and cultural institutions and local firms. Creating innovative free time by cooperating with non-school partners (e. g. youth services, music schools, sports clubs).
