2009 Season Information
Kelli Harris assembled an outstanding group of ladies to fill Knoxville’s only
women’s USTA 5.0 team. All but one are former college players who play
for a love of the game. After a hard-fought battle in Chattanooga with job
restraints and injuries limiting the roster, Team Harris persevered and won
decisively. Sectionals in Birmingham began and concluded the same way.

Tennis Tips & Toasts
Team Harris is pleased to host a special evening celebrating a successful
state and sectional USTA 5.0 season. The ultimate challenge remains: a
National Championship. Come support Knoxville’s champions before they
travel to Indian Wells Tennis Garden to take on the nation’s best. Toast the
players and enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, receive specialized instruction by
the members of Team Harris, and view an exhibition match or two.
