OOO Volgograd Drilling Equipment Plant(VZBT Ltd) has a great experience in developing and manufacturing the oil field equipment having been in this business for more than 50 years. Our enterprise has concentrated a significant engineering, processing and production potential with general area of 440000 sq.m. including 126000 sq.m. of production facilities and 1500 units of production equipment. The drilling equipment produced at the plant is in conformity with the foreign analogues according to its principle parameters. All sizes and parameters are in compliance with technical manuals, specifications and (State Standards) of Russian Federation. There has been implemented the Quality System certified in correspondence with the requirements of 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000) and the work on its improvement is going on. Also the work to implement API Standards takes place. The drilling and blowout prevention equipment manufactured at VZBT is working practically in all the regions of Russia and C.I.S. countries. The drilling rigs and BOP equipment have been delivered to more than 20 countries of the world. The Plants specialists having a great experience in designing and manufacturing the drilling equipment for oil & gas industry will satisfy any additional demand considering the particular requirements of a Customers drilling program. On Customers request our specialists can assist the accomplishment of a rig-up procedure directly at the site of future operation. They will also share their experience with the Customers personnel and give necessary recommendations on drilling rig operation.
